The Budget (Appropriation Bill) 2015 has been worked out as a three year (2015-2017) action plan, Mass Media and Information Minister Keheliya Rambukwella said. Addressing the Cabinet press briefing at the Ministry auditorium yesterday, the minister said the three year plan would ensure continuity of the projects and development activities, adding that the Appropriation Bill would be more pragmatic and productive when it is coupled with the three year plan.
