Two cases were filed before the High Court against former Minister Rajapaksa for the alleged criminal misappropriation of Rs. 2,992 million under the Divi Neguma and Isurumath Nivahana projects.

He said indictments have been filed against Weeratunga and Pelpita before High Court for the alleged misappropriation of Rs. 500 million.
