Suicide over parent’s warning

A 19-year-old girl in the Kalavanchikudi area committed suicide after being warned by her parents to stop her affair, Police said.

The deceased girl was a resident of Kalawanchikudi, Periyakallar. Police also said that the girl was upset over her parents’ advice to stop the relationship and had committed suicide.
