Milinda Moragoda, the Sri Lankan High Commissioner to India, has expressed his confidence to the Indian media that Sri Lanka will be able to bring other aid and investors based on the confirmation received from the International Monetary Fund.
Milinda Moragoda has also stated that the aid amount from the International Monetary Fund can be considered as the first step in an economic journey and that he appreciates the incentives provided by India for that.
Furthermore, Milinda Moragoda has stated that India should come forward to develop Trincomalee as an energy headquarters.
