Protest near PM’s Fifth Lane residence

A group of people yesterday held a protest opposite Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe’s private residence in Fifth Lane, Colombo 7.

Protesters later dispersed with curfew coming into effect from 2 p.m. yesterday.

They said that they are planning to hold another protest today and they will not stop until the President and the Prime Minister step down from their posts.
