Thirty two member pool picked for Sri Lanka Emerging team’s tour of England

The 32 member cricket pool has been named for the Sri Lanka Emerging teams tour of England which will commence in the first week of May. The players who performed well at the National Super League cricket tournament and major club Emerging three-day cricket tourney have been selected for this 32 member pool which will be pruned down to 18 for the England tour.

The Emerging cricket series against England includes three four-day games and three T-20 games and this is going to be the ideal opportunity for the youngsters.

Meanwhile, a 23 member National pool has also been selected to focus on the Bangladesh Test series and 18 member squad will be selected from this 23 member pool for the Bangladesh tour. A few players are in both emerging and National team squads while the players who will not be selected for the National team final squad are going to be considered for the emerging team selections.
