Throughout the years, music has been our best friend, our spiritual healer and our best medicine for anything which we went through – be it at your best moment, when you were feeling down or discouraged, or even during a heart break. As the saying goes, ’An apple a day keeps the doctor away ‘’, the same applies to music, a daily dose of music keeps the doctor away ‘’. One may not be able to believe the unique powers that music has in healing somebody’s mind, body and soul. Music can be categorised in different genres, such as Rock, pop, R&B hip hop, classical, Jazz and so on, but music is a universal language which connects the world as one global village. Music is a universal language which has the unique ability to connect with you to the universe in ways you can’t imagine. It transports you to a different world, a parallel world which takes away all that stress, fatigue and sadness, and it can be your best way to escape from a toxic situation. It can also be taken as an ambassador to represent one’s identity or nationality, too. Just imagine you’re representing your country at an international event.
