Taekwondo instructors off to Korea

Four Sri Lankan taekwondo instructors received a full scholarship to participate in the 2021 Global Taekwondo Masters Training Programme in South Korea.

The training programme started yesterday and will conclude on October 28.

The Grandmaster Ki Su Lee (KUKKIWON Dispatch Master and Chairman, Technical Committee of Sri Lanka Taekwondo Federation) said, “This training programme is designed to educate the global taekwondo leaders to improve the standard of taekwondo and a way of preparation for future leadership positions as well.”

The taekwondo programme is scheduled to be conducted in English and all participants will stay at Taekwondowon in Muju, South Korea.
