ICC Global appoints Dinal Phillips, PC member of International Court of Arbitration

The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) recently appointed Dinal Phillips, PC, to serve as a member of the International Court of Arbitration for the period 2021-2024.

The ICC International Court of Arbitration, is the world’s foremost international arbitral institution. It is a great honour for Sri Lanka and also marks the recognition of the professional standards maintained by our legal fraternity. Dinesh Weerakkody Chairman International Chamber of Commerce Sri Lanka said “ICCSL is happy to note that Dinal Phillips, PC, an accomplished and effective counsel is succeeding Dr. Harsha Cabral, PC who was a member of the ICC Court of Arbitration for the period 2019-21”. Dinal Phillips PC is a former non-executive director of the National Development Bank PLC.
