A stock of 728,460 doses of AstraZeneca vaccines donated by Japan under the COVAX facility arrived in Sri Lanka.
The consignments has arrived from Japan on SriLankan Airlines flight UL455.
566,357 doses of AstraZeneca will be allocated to those who have already received the first dose and the remaining vaccines will be directed to the inoculation drive in Kegalle District.
