Another One million doses of China’s Sinopharm vaccine has arrived in Sri Lanka this morning, said the State Minister of Production, Supply and Regulation of Pharmaceuticals Prof. Channa Jayasumana.
A charter flight carrying the consignment of the one million doses of Sinopharm vaccines arrived at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) in Katunayake.

Sri Lanka receives another 1 m Sinopharm vaccines
Sri Lanka received another consignment of 1 million Sinopharm vaccines from China this morning. According to Health Ministry sources, a SriLankan flight carrying one million COVID-19 vaccines from Beijing landed at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) in Katunayake this morning. Sri Lanka has received 5.1 million Sinopharm vaccines so far and another 2-4 million vaccines are due to arrive within July, the Chinese Embassy said in a tweet.
