Sixty nine COVID cases were detected from the Northern Province including 51 Jaffna Prison inmates on February 27, Northern Province Health Services Deputy Director Keheeswaran said. He said that 69 cases were found with 239 PCR tests at the Jaffna University and the Jaffna Teaching Hospital.
The COVID infected included a coroner, a nurse and a teacher, he said.
