The revision applications filed by CID former Director Shani Abaysekara and Sub Inspector Sugath Mendis seeking an order to release them on bail were today fixed for support on March 17 by Court of Appeal.
Shani Abaysekara and Sugath Mendis remanded for allegedly fabricating evidence in the murder of businessman Mohammed Shiyamhave had filed revision applications in the Court of Appeal seeking an order to release them on bail.
