Exterminators launch ‘Customer Web Portal’

The Exterminators (Pvt) Ltd., one of Sri Lanka’s premier pest control and environmental enhancement companies became one of the few pest control companies in Asia to launch ‘The Customer Web Portal’.

E-Connect ‘Customer Web Portal’ is a web-based platform that provides customers with a single access point to information. The web portal can be used to provide the customer with personalised information such as proposals, service contracts, work-orders, job reports, work status, pest risk-assessment and audit reports, payment details, monthly statements, upcoming services, MSDS etc., Exterminators clients can log into their account and its similar to online banking.

E-Mobile App is a perfect companion for technicians performing the services at the customer’s premises. Our E-Mobile pest control app keeps work orders and customer accounts ‘in sync’ with events at the office. It creates a paperless environment - while mitigating the negative impact on the plant it also saves your company time and money.

E-Scan is a feature added to the Exterminators Mobile App, with the purpose of taking the workload off your employees and they now don’t need to file any treatment records, pest sighting reports, check-list etc., all treatment records are just a click away with real-time updates. In return E-Scan allows our technicians to scan and update information through our mobile devices.

‘E-Scan’ will scan pest inspection and treatment points, rodent and insect bait stations, observations and material used and all details will be available instantly on the ‘E-Connect Customer Web Portal’. “E-Schedule optimization is the most dynamic scheduler to serve the pest control industry,:” an official from Exterminators said.

It allows us to schedule pest control service appointments for technicians with drag and drop technology. Tasks such as appointment rescheduling, changing the technician for the appointment, or adding new services without ever leaving the scheduler are completed with ease by using E- Scheduler.

Exterminator’s team now has the ability to remotely access important service audit information without having to be on-site at the facility. Exterminators and the customers can now have digital records instead of using space-consuming binders when doing audit paperwork and having a digital version in records will make navigation easier than ever.
