Sri Lanka Volleyball Federation’s Secretary General A.S. Nalaka has been elected as a member of the Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) Development & Marketing Committee. The Committee will hold office for a period of four yeas commencing from 2021 according to the regulations of Asian Volleyball Confederation. The Confederation is represented by 65 Asian countries and his appointment to this position can be considered as a great achievement for Sri Lanka Volleyball Federation.
The Development & Marketing Committee of Asian Volleyball Confederation will be headed by Indonesia’s Heyzer Harsono while the Secretary will be Seong Keehak of Korea.
The other members: A.S Nalaka (Sri Lanka), Hugh Graham (Cook Island), Huang Kuo Kuang (Chinese Taiipei), Ms. Song Yue (China) and Sabeeth Hantoosh Miabbas (Iraq).
