The Health Ministry issued a set of guidelines to maintain the economic centers across the island in order to prevent the further spread of coronavirus.
The guidelines include:
- Prepare a plan economic centre to control the spread of Covid-19.
- Appointing an officer to oversee the implementation of those plans.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of economic center premises on a regular basis.
- Educating the peoplewho visit Economic center to refrain from consume food / smoke / spit betel in the premises
- Maintaining social distancing.
- Proper disposal of garbage.
- Subjecting visitors to undergo random PCR tests.
- Provide hand washing facilities for the visitors who come to the Economic Centre.
