Issuing a press release the British High Commission stated that from November 21 onwards, travellers from Sri Lanka will not require to self isolate on arrival to England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
“Lifting this restriction will ease travel from Sri Lanka to parts of the UK, whilst managing the risk of further infections. This is particularly great news for prospective students wishing to benefit from the UK’s world class university system.”, said the British High Commissioner to Sri Lanka, Sarah Hulton.
