Puttalam police arrested two suspects along with 68 kg of Kerala cannabis in Puluthivayal, Puttalam recently.
The cannabis was in a cupboard at a building. Two persons at the building were also arrested, police said.
The suspects are residents of Periyamulla, Negombo and Nilaveli, Trincomalee, police said. The two persons have told police that they came to buy cannabis. Puttalam police are investigating.
