Sri Lanka Telecom CC and School of Cricket Panadura emerged Joint champions of the Inaugural All Island Hardball T10 Super League Cricket Tournament yesterday.

28 teams participated in a league system into 7 groups. Former national and current domestic players participated in this tournament.

Group champions from each group advanced to the quarter final round.

School of Cricket Panadura beat SAGA Police SC by 8 wickets and Sri Lanka Telecom CC beat SAGA SC by 27 runs in the quarter finals.Galle CC beat Royal Stars SC by 46 runs in the quarter final.

School of Cricket Panadura beat Galle CC by 7 wickets and Sri Lanka Telecom CC beat United Brothers SC Balapitiya by 135 runs in the semifinals.

Final match ended with no result due to heavy rain. Sri Lanka Telecom CC and School of Cricket Panadura declared joint champions.

Joint Champions received Trophy and Rs. 150000/= each prize money.

Nimanda Subasinghe right hand opener of Telecom CC made unbeaten 123 runs in 35 balls with 9 boundaries and 10 sixes against United Brothers SC. He was the only centurian in this tournament and scored the highest individual score in the tournament. Nimanda Subasinghe of Sri Lanka Telecom CC adjudicated the Man of the Tournament.

In the Under 15 final

Nandians CA and Balapitiya Super SC ‘A’ declared joint champion of the Under 15 T10 tournament due to not playing final.

In the semifinals

The School of Cricket Panadura won by 7 wickets.
