‘Public Day only to resolve public issues’

President Gotabaya Rajapaksa, at this week's Cabinet meeting, informed all Cabinet Ministers, State Ministers and Ministry Secretaries to allocate the public day only for solving public issues.

Co-cabinet Spokesman Plantation Minister Dr. Ramesh Pathirana made this observation speaking at the weekly Cabinet media briefing yesterday at the Government Information Department. A special circular will be issued in this regard, the Minister said.
