Two Lankans injured in Beirut explosion - Embassy

Two Sri Lankans have been injured due to the Beirut explosion, the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Beirut said.
As a result of the sudden explosion, minor damages have occurred at the premises of the Sri Lanka Embassy in Beirut and in the residences of the Embassy officials. However, the Embassy officials have not sustained any injuries.
Around 25000 Sri Lankans presently reside in Lebanon and the Sri Lanka Embassy continues to maintain 24-hour hotlines which are open for queries.
