Dialog Axiata launches ‘Fun Blaster’ unlimited Facebook, WhatsApp customers

Dialog adds yet another package to its successful ‘Blaster Series’, the ‘Fun Blaster’, enabling unlimited and completely worry free usage of Facebook and WhatsApp at anytime, anywhere. All data is completely free, whether for chat, video, or transfer of any other files. The ‘Fun Blaster’ is the perfect pack for any 4G customer who loves to use Facebook and WhatsApp and who wants to avoid uncontrolled or high data charges. Customers can chat, post, share, and watch videos as long as they like without ever having to worry about data charges.

The Fun Blaster is offered as a 7-day plan priced as low as Rs. 47 for Prepaid customers, and as a 30-day plan, for both prepaid and postpaid customers. Additionally, for the first time in Sri Lanka, Dialog launched a six month plan. This plan gives the most attractive price, for prepaid customers, to use Facebook and WhatsApp for a total of six months for data consumption at any time. Prices for all three plans are inclusive of tax. Users will now be able to enjoy an unlimited, buffer-free video viewing experience specifically optimized to mobile phones at SD quality (360p). The Fun Blaster package can be activated via reload, by dialling #678#, via the MyDialog App or on www.dialog.lk.

This value-added proposition falls in line with the company’s vision of delivering affordable and accessible worry-free connectivity and entertainment services to all Sri Lankans and will be the newest addition to the highly successful ‘Blaster’ range.

The Fun Blaster follows in the footsteps of previously introduced “4G Video Blaster” - the data plan with unlimited YouTube along with additional free 3.5GB anytime data for other apps and services, inclusive of taxes. The ‘Fun Blaster’ will be a milestone achieved by Dialog in its journey of facilitating customers with their entertainment requirements without the added worry about increased data consumption.
