Lankan cricketers to begin training in Pallekelle

Sri Lanka cricketers will be in Kandy today 22nd Monday to resume their second residential training Camp over here at the Pallekelle cricket stadium, where twenty five players have been invited to participate.

The training camp will run from 23rd June to July 2nd. This will be a ten day residential training. The team will be housed at the Hotel Golden Crown at Ampitiya. According to news twenty four national cricketers will be in this residential training camp with a six-member unit of coaches and other support staff will work with the players at this training camp, so the squad members will continue to follow the same health procedures which were adhered to during the first session. in Colombo.

Janaka Pathirana the Secretary of the Central Province Cricket Association will be handling the ground arrangements, where no outsider will be permitted to enter the grounds.
