Amid the lockdown, actress Preity Zinta took to Instagram to share a throwback picture with her 7.1 million followers.

“Our last trip to India... Pre corona virus days... Wonder when we will be able to go back cuz I’m feeling a little homesick but I’m extremely grateful that in this crazy time I have a roof over my head, food to eat and family with me. Today it’s all about being grateful and thankful for all that I have. The actress has been sharing multiple home workout videos on her Instagram handle. The recent posts focus mainly on strengthening the back.

“A lot of people have been asking me for some simple but effective lower back and hip strengthening exercise.... so here it is. Make sure to keep ur core muscles squeezed and engaged. Squeeze ur butt muscles when u go up and breath. The more u do the better for you. Do 4 sets of 10 to start. Keep doing it till someone stops you like Bruno did to me.
