Bring on the cuddles

Since most schools have sent their pupils to work from home as a result of COVID-19, there are more opportunities than ever for your kids to earn a little pocket money.

And we’re not just talking about chores around the house.

There is now an opportunity for your kids to get paid to test bean bags, with the help of their furry friends - although it is strictly dogs only, sorry.

It’s simple, all they have to do is spend time lying around, relaxing with their pooch to test the best bean bags for children and dogs.

Great Bean Bags are recruiting one lucky duo to take on the specialist role of ‘beanbag tester and quality assurance specialists’ - and what better time than now, since we’re all stuck in lockdown.

According to the job advert on their website, the successful pair will receive the latest beanbags for themselves and their pet, earn £50 for each review, as well as a heap of doggy treats.

And if earning money by spending time with their pup isn’t enough to make your children apply, the successful applicant will also receive a matching ‘official reviewer’ uniform to wear with their dog whilst working.

To apply all you have to do is send a picture of you and your dog that shows you are a good team to an email given by the team.

Then you must explain why you’re the most qualified person for the job, and why you and your pooch work well together.

And make sure to add your name, age, location and the name of your dog (along with your consenting adult’s name and contact details).

If you’re successful, you’ll be taught how a bean bag is made and what makes quality, so you know what to look out for when you start your new job.

Don’t worry though, the deadline for applications is Sunday, May 31, so you have plenty of time.
