Hotline for pregnant mothers

A 24 hours hotline 0710301225  for pregnant mothers has been initiated by the Sri Lanka College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (SLCOG).

SLCOG stated that they are highly concerned about the health standards of women in the country during the crisis period.

SLCOG also stated that, “Pregnant mothers are worried about their healthcare during this period due to several reasons. For example, COVID-19 infection and other pregnancy complications. SLCOG has opened a hotline for pregnant mothers to address this issue by answering their calls through a helpline.”
