Dedigama Police arrested a suspect selling cannabis to schoolchildren in the Dedigama, Kegalle yesterday on a tip off.

Fifty packets of cannabis were seized from his bag. A packet is valued at Rs. 500. A roll of polythene used to packet the cannabis was also found in his bag together with a weighing scale and other paraphernalia that were used by drug addicts.
