UC accountant goes missing

An accountant on contract basis of the Panadura Urban Council (UC) has gone missing.

He had not reported for duty for the last week. The Secretary of the Council has informed Vice Chairman P. H. Wilman regarding his long absence this morning.

He has reportedly had disregarded an order of the chairman and given an ad to a newspaper through a third party expecting a commission.
