Turkish Food Promotion begins in Colombo

Turkish Delight food promotion has begun at Hilton Colombo Residences main restaurant, FLOW, and will be held until March 7, 2020. This dining promotion will feature two guest chefs from Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus; offering buffet dinner, exclusive chef’s table, poolside lunch, and culinary master classes.

The Embassy of Turkey in Colombo has partnered with Hilton Colombo Residences to endorse the dining promotion for its success and worked closely with the hotel for authenticity.

The official airline partner, Turkish Airlines Inc., has provided unstinting support in having two guest chefs flown in from Istanbul.

Turkish Delight will feature recipes of two chefs who draw their inspiration from their tightly woven culture and family. Ali Demir, the Senior Sous Chef of Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus counts over 25 years of experience and specialises in Mediterranean and Anatolian cuisines. Musa Akyaman, Chef de Partie of Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus brings thirteen years of experience to Colombo.
