Mina House emerged overall champions in the annual Inter-House Sports Festival- 2020 of Addalaichenai Madhya Maha Vidyalaya (National School) under the organization and directions of its Principal A.L. Kamarrudeen which took place at Addalaichenai Public Green recently.
Parliamentarian A.L.M. Nazeer was the Chief Guest at this sports festival. Eastern Province Chief Ministry’s Secretary U.L.A. Azees, Akkaraipattu Zonal Education Director A.M. Rahmathullah and Assistant Education Director (Physical Education) were present as Guests of Honour and distributed prizes and certificates to the winners.
The Principal A.L. Kamarrudeen received the Guests and delivered the welcome address. Deputy and Vice- Principals, teachers, prominent people of the community, SDC officials, parents, past pupils and well – wishers participated on this occasion. All of them were anxiously awaiting the final result of the inter house sports festival -2020. It was first (1st) place by Mina House, 2nd place was won by Arafa House, 3rd place was won by Safa House.
House Positions,
1st place: Mina House (Yellow) – 361 points.
2nd place: Arafa House (Blue) – 324 points.
3rd place: Safa House (Green) – 318 points.
