Small Scale Food Industries families and Small Industry Owners in the Ampara district were facilitated recently.
A ceremony was held in this regard at the Industrial Development Board (IDB) District Office in Ampara.
Small Scale Food Industries families and small industry owners in the Ampara and Dehiyattakandiys DS Divisions were facilitated under the ‘INCOM-2016’ project implemented by the Industrial Development Board (IDB).
The main objective of this program was to improve the productivity and quality of products of small Scale Food Industries in the Ampara District. The items to start businesses were among the equipment distributed. Families from selected Grama Niladhari Divisions in the Ampara and Dehiyatakandiya DS Divisions benefitted by this scheme.
The Ampara District Industrial Development Board (IDB) Assistant Director W.K.M.S.T. Bandara, Entrepreneur Development Officers Management Services Officers and Industrial Development Board (IDB) Ampara District Office staff participated and handed over with accessories at the event.
