Sri Lanka Insurance distributed motor bicycles to its Motor Technical Officers at the SLIC head office on January 17. The event was graced by Chairman Jagath Wellawatta, Chief Executive Officer Chandana L. Aluthgama and the senior management of SLIC.
As the market leader in the motor insurance sector, the flagship brand Sri Lanka Insurance Motor Plus owns the largest Motor Technical Officer network in the country and they are strategically located across the country providing wider coverage within the island.
With this initiative of providing the Motor Technical Officers with motor bicycles now they can have access to an accident site quicker to facilitate onsite accident assessment, giving the customers the convenience of a shorter waiting period on the site.
Speaking at the gathering Chairman Jagath Wellawatta said, ‘We are continuously striving to enhance the service standards and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
