State Street Munich sold their 19 percent stake in Softlogic Insurance (previously Asian Alliance Insurance) for Rs 2.63 billion yesterday. 71,250,000 shares were sold at Rs 37 to Milford Ceylon.
Softlogic Capital retains a 51.69 percent hold on Softlogic Insurance.
The company reported Rs 20.23 in net assets in the interim statements for the quarter ending September 2019.
