DOE to investigate O/L Maths paper delay at Bandarawela school

The Department of Examinations (DOE) will launch an investigation into the recent delay of G.C.E. (O.L.) Mathematics Part II examination papers at the Bandarawela Central College.

According to department sources, candidates at the examination hall had to wait one-and-a-half hours for their Maths examination papers as the examination centre had not received enough of them. They added that furthermore, one of the five examination halls there did not receive Mathematics Part II question papers at all.

The students who received their question papers late were given additional time due to the issue.
