RUSSIAN DELEGATION CALLS ON NAVY COMMANDER

A Russian delegation called on Navy Commander Vice Admiral Piyal De Silva at the Naval Headquarters on Saturday. Rear Admiral Dr. Alexander V. Karpov, the head of visiting delegation and accompanied officials, were warmly received by the Navy Commander upon their arrival. They discussed several matters of bilateral importance including the training between the two navies. Vice Admiral Piyal De Silva presented a memento to Rear Admiral Dr. Alexander V. Karpov.
