SLFP to sign agreement with Gotabaya on Oct. 19

The SLFP will enter into an agreement with SLPP Presidential candidate Gotabaya Rajapaksa on October 19 at the Sri Lanka Foundation Institute, SLFP General Secretary and Kurunegala district Parliamentarian Dayasiri Jayasekara said in Kurunegala yesterday.

SLFP Acting Chairman Prof. Rohana Lakshman Piyadasa too would be present on the occasion. Opposition Leader and SLPP Leader Mahinda Rajapaksa, Prof. G.L. Peiris and SLPP National Organizer Basil Rajapaksa would represent the SLPP on that day, Jayasekara said.
