Model a cute ballerina

In a time and age when wedding and birthday parities have become unwieldy and complex, it is but natural to suppose that the spotlight is on the garb of the couple or birthday girl or boy or perhaps the choice of location for the celebration.

However with cake boutiques burgeoning around the country, the cake has now become the focal point of such festivities.

While many cakes today are topped with flowers, there is something to be said about the traditional cake toppers – they are a keepsake that serves as a wonderful memento from your special day long after the last slice of cake is gone.

A miniature model which sits on top of a cake, cake toppers can be customized to suit any occasion. This cute ballerina topper would make the day of a little girl who will be celebrating her birthday.

You can use fondant/gumpaste or air dry clay to model this ballerina. If you use air dry clay, it can be kept as an ornament as well.
