Five Tamil political parties submit 13 proposals to solve national issue

Five Tamil political parties yesterday decided to submit 13 proposals to the Presidential candidates aiming at solving the national issue.

TNA and the former Northern Province Chief Minister C.V.Vigneswaran, Mavai Sanathiraja of ITAK, T. Sidharthan of PLOTE, Suresh Premachandran of EPRLF, Selvam Adaialanathan of TELO and C.V.Vigneswaran of the Tamil makkal Kootani agreed and signed this document.

These proposals include solving of ethnic problem through federal Constitution, Investigations to be taken through the International Court for alleged war crimes and withdrawal of the PTA

The document also states that that these Tamil political parties would extend support to the Presidential candidate who agrees to implement these proposals within three months after being elected as President.
