The election to choose 28 members to the Elpitiya Pradeshiya Sabha will be held today.
A total of 53,384 voters are eligible to vote at today’s poll. From the 28 members 17 will be elected according to electoral wards while the rest will be chosen based on Proportional Representation (PR), as per the Local Government Elections laws.
