Panadura Chief Magistrate Amila Ariyadasa fined Rs 25,000 each on three wheeler drivers in Panadura who pleaded guilty to crossing the railway line when the gates were closed. Panadura South Police traffic sergeant R.Jayasinghe producing the three three wheeler drivers with charge sheets before court on September 17 told court that they were in the habit of creeping through the Panadura railway crossing when the danger signal is in force.
