Four fined over cannabis possession

Dambulla District Magistrate I.M.S.B. Illangasingha has fined four suspects Rs.21,000 for possessing 15.85 of cannabis.

The suspects had been arrested by police when they were loitering in the Dambulla town. They had pleaded guilty to the charges.
