Navy in coordination with Police STF apprehended 03 persons with Kerala Cannabis recently.
A spokesman for the Navy said a suspicious three wheeler and a motor bike had been spotted during a raid carried out by Western Naval Command in coordination with Anti Organized Crime Unit of Police STF, at Oliyamulla area in Wattala.
During the search of the three wheeler and motor bike 800g of cannabis was found. The suspects were arrested.
These suspects are residents of Mattakkuliya area, aged 21, 23 and 24.
The arrested suspects along with seized Kerala cannabis, three wheeler and motor bike were handed over to the Peliyagoda Police for further investigation.
