Chamber of Construction Industry holds 16th AGM

The Chamber of Construction Industry (CCI) Sri Lanka which was inaugurated in 2001 held its 16th annual general meeting at Galadari Hotel on September 6.

All office bearers of the Council were elected without a contest.

The incumbent President, Eng. Maj. Ranjith Gunatilleke in keeping with the vision of the Chamber spelt out the road map for the Chamber especially in the context of the prevailing times. The Secretary General and CEO, Eng. Nissanka N. Wijeratne reviewed the past years activities and it was the consensus of all that the year was a comparatively successful one.

The Chamber will continue to be the voice of construction for all its stake-holders and will stay true to its course and work like a dynamo to modernize Sri Lanka in its allotted field.
