Seebo Networks Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. an IT startup, incepted on September 12 2014, celebrates 5 years in operation in Sri Lanka.
It is a small-scale but a stable software company that provides offshore software development and support services for Seebo Networks Pty Ltd, Dandenong, Victoria, Australia, which is a company that specializes in home entertainment and home electrical planning software.
Throughout the last 5 years Seebo Networks Lanka had the privilege of nurturing a great bunch of software engineers. At the moment the company comprises eight talented software engineers, two non technical support and admin staff members and a General Manager.
Seebo Networks Lanka team worked with multi-disciplinary technological platforms like C++, Python, Laravel PHP, Java Spring framework, Android and iOS during past 5 years. At the moment they mainly focus on Java, as they work on a Java Web based home electrical planning product.
Seebo’s initial product was a Set Top Box (STB) which was sold well in Victoria, Australia. Seebo’s other software product, a Home Electrical Planning software (developed from scratch by its talented software engineers) is deployed with 13 live customers who are well renowned house builders in Victoria, Australia.
The team is led by the General Manager Tharindu Weerasinghe who is a chartered computer engineer and one of the youngest but one of the promising visionary leaders in Sri Lankan IT industry. Tharindu is backed by the leadership of David Mitchell who is the executive Director of the company. Tharindu takes this opportunity thank all the current staff members as well as all the past staff members who help and helped the company immensely to reach the 5th miles stone of a challenging and interesting journey.
