Lake House women Carrom champs

A women's carrom tournament was held at the Lake House premises recently at which the Lake House women’s team won the tournament beating the DFCC women’s team at the finals.

This was part of a series of friendly sports tournaments organised by the Lake House Sports Club between Lake House, DFCC Bank, Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation and Hilton Hotel on a concept of Lake House Chairman and Managing Director Krishantha Cooray.

Lake House General Manager Abhaya Amaradasa and Senior Vice President of the Lake House Sports Club Subash Karunaratne were the chief guests at the Chess Tournament finals. The winning Lake House women's carrom team comprised Sudarshee Hewavasam, Kanchana Amalani and Iranthi Perera.
