CHOCO- SCRUBS & HIGH TEA

The chocolate season at Hilton began with a high tea buffet with a line-up of chocolates and desserts which took place on August 7 at L.A.B from 3 pm to 6 pm. A range of chocolate infused cocktails and mocktails will also be available at L.A.B throughout August.

Guests had a fabulous time, enjoying a selection of curated high tea specialties on the buffet and a line-up of chocolates and desserts, as Hilton models showcased a range of chocolate incorporated designs.

It is in August that Hilton Colombo dishes out a variety of delicious dishes. A range of chocolate infused cocktails and mocktails will also be available at L.A.B throughout August.

A chocolate inspired 3-course menu will be available at Graze Kitchen- Appetizers- Wilted arugula and blue cheese salad, chocolate Hawaiian salad, chocolate tempura prawns. Lamb shank ossobuco, stuffed quail on beans casserole, chocolate and chili crusted sea bass for mains and for dessert a chocolate cardamom ice parfait.

A variety of delicious chocolate cakes, bars, bakery items and beverages are available at Café Kai.
