Hilton Colombo has gone choco-crazy this August! That’s right. It is that time of the year where Hilton Colombo will be dishing out a variety of delicious dishes and activities throughout the month of August.
The chocolate season began yesterday with a high tea buffet with a line-up of chocolates and desserts at L.A.B from 3pm to 6pm. A range of chocolate infused cocktails and mocktails will also be available at L.A.B throughout August.
A chocolate inspired 3-course menu will be available at Graze Kitchen- Appetizers- Wilted arugula and blue cheese salad, chocolate Hawaiian salad, chocolate tempura prawns. Lamb shank ossobuco, stuffed quail on beans casserole, chocolate & chili crusted sea bass for mains and for dessert a chocolate cardamom ice parfait.
A variety of delicious chocolate cakes, bars, bakery items and beverages are available at Café Kai. But the fun doesn’t stop there! You may stand a chance to win a year’s supply of free chocolate. All you have to do is purchase a slab from our special range of chocolates available at Café Kai and locate the Golden Ticket hidden inside!
