MR congratulates Modi and ISRO for successful launch of Chandrayaan 2

Opposition Leader Mahinda Rajapaksa today congratulated Indian PM Narendra Modi and ISRO scientists for the successful launch of Chandrayaan 2.

In a twitter message,
MR said that successful launch of the moon mission by our friend and neighbor India was a proud moment. He further has applauded the scientists at ISRO.
