A youth drowned while bathing in the Samanala Lake in the Balangoda Police Division last Tuesday. The victim was identified as 21-year-old Kaluwagampurage Gayan Padmasiri of Balangoda. His body is at the Balangoda Hospital morgue. Balangoda Police are investigating.
