Women’s singles semis todayThe womne's singles semifinals of the ongoing 104th Colombo Championship tennis tournament will be held today at the Sri Lanka Tennis Association courts. The first semifinal will line up Anjalika Kurera and Anika Seneviratne while the other simifinal will have Janali Manamperi and Rukshika Wijesuriya.

Anjalika beat Oneli Perera 6/0, 6/1 in quarters while Anika edged out Tania Doloswala 6/1, 6/0 on her way to semis. Janali Manamperi had the better of Ochithya Fernando 6/4, 6/3 and Rukshika Wijesuriya defeated Prithika Chandramohan 6/0, 6/0 in quarterfinal battles.

The tournament commenced on July 5 and will continue until July 21 at the SLTA courts.
